These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to enzymes, panels, screening kits, chemicals, co-factors, and other material (the “Materials”) provided by Codexis, with the exception of the amidase panel and life sciences products.  Codexis’ amidase panel and life sciences products are sold under their own T&Cs.

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all life sciences products provided by Codexis, Inc. or its affiliates ("Codexis") and its contract manufacturers.

Disclaimer: For sales of products under an agreement between Codexis and customers, the agreement shall supersede Codexis’ Terms & Conditions insofar as the Codexis’ Terms & Conditions conflict with any such agreement. Provisions of the Codexis’ Terms & Conditions that are not addressed or are not in conflict with any such agreement shall apply to sales of Codexis products.
